smoothie time

smoothie time all the time in the olsen home!

i have fallen completely in love with smoothies.

especially with the sunny summer days!

a little while ago i got a new ninja blender blender,

 so i decided to switch up my usual green smoothie & try some new ones!

let's just say i have not been disappointed! 

& you won't be either!

so here are some delicious & nutritious smoothie recipes i have been collecting and creating lately..

  • 1 1/2 cups diced pineapple (fresh)
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or water (i use almond milk)

^^absolutely perfect for a hot summer day!

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt 
  • 1/2 cup water or almond milk


i have a love for peanut butter & a love for bananas 

so of course this one is at the top of my list!

  • 1 banana
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons peanut butter (depending on how much you want)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Almond milk
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup ice
sometimes i add a little bit of cocoa powder if i want something chocolately... delish!


  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 orange
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup frozen & diced pineapple
  • 1/4 almond milk
  • 1/2 cup ice
throw a little strawberry on top and you'll feel like you're in paradise!


    one of my fav's!
    • 1/2 frozen banana
    • 1/2 cup blue berries
    • 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt
    • 1 cup ice
    • 1/2 cup almond milk

      these are just a couple recipes i have tried lately!
